I'm giving 4 only because on the website it says that the first boat ride is at 11am. I checked out of my hotel early to be there at 11am only to be told that the first tour was at 12:30... I still did the tour but I had to wait almost 2 hours until the tour.. the company needs to review their website and post the correct/current information. Other than that, it was a nice boat ride.
