This place is a joke. I was scheduled for a shoulder replacement surgery. The initial request was denied by insurance. The "appeal" was botched so they ended up burning the 60 days to re file an appeal. Aetna insurance told me the "appeal" didn't include my c.t.scan, so it was denied again. Anthony who is Dr. Hadley's P.A. didn't follow up correctly. Trying to get a return phone call was impossible. Finally I informed them that I was going elsewhere and needed my c.t. disc.
