First time making an appointment here, appointment was @2:30 it is now 4:00 still haven’t seen the Dr. There were patients behind me and they close at 5pm a little behind is understandable but to wait a hr and a half is pushing it. Close to home doesn’t matter if service is under-par!
I normally have a good experience at this office. I've had two surgeries on my foot done by Dr Phan. He's a great surgeon. Staff is friendly. However you have to call several times to remind them to put authorizations through, and get services they promise they'll do ASAP. They days go by and you have to call again. It's very frustrating while trying to recover.
I cannot recommend Malisha Patel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and professional. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. She took the time to listen to my concerns and effectively addressed them with a thoughtful and thorough approach. Her expertise and compassionate care made all the difference in my experience. I truly felt supported and well cared for every step of the way of my treatment.
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I found myself waiting in the lobby for an extensive period without being seen. The long wait times and the apparent double/triple booking of patients significantly affected my time and comfort. Additionally, there was no available seating due to the high volume of patients waiting. If I could do zero stars I would!!! Do NOT COME HERE made an appointment for 2:10 and wasn't even seen till after 4! Over two hours sitting in a room. No sense or urgency or care about other people's time. What's the point in having an appointment if I still have to wait hours to be seen.... never coming back.
