They had me waiting for two hours of my time, they believe that one's time is not valuable as well. One, have everything to be on the appointment and arrive on time.
Stay as far away as possible from arrowhead chino hills and every other location find a different medical company for you needs. I had about 40k in surgery’s coming up cash payment and I decided not to give them another penny of mine. Two heavy set girls in the front prioritize eating door dash at 9 am more than patients. From management to employees to the doctors, stay as far away from arrowhead orthopedic period.
This visit was one of the worst experience. Arrived to finalize this work injury case just for office and doctor to let me know they been having my case under private insurance, they need to get their affairs together this is such a waste of time I live an hour away for this waste of time. Oh yes nothing done after waiting 3 months for this appointment horrible... disgusting.
I took my mother to her appointment on 8/11/25 after she had already visited the ER twice due to severe knee pain. I expressed to Dr. Jahng that she was still in a great deal of pain, but unfortunately, he showed little sympathy or concern. Nearly every question we asked was met with, “I don’t know,” and he was dismissive throughout the visit.
