Horrible customer service They never answer the phones It takes you forever to schedule an appointment and when it is getting time to your appointment, they canceled for another month or so they don’t care about us at all
I am so pleased with everyone there. I've seen many Drs in my time. But honestly? The PA'S and staff get a A++++from me. Wait time is always less than 10 mins. Everyone is so nice. I always look forward to my appts. They make you feel good no matter how bad your day is. I highly recommend this group if you don't want to wait, and you want to feel better.
Had an appointment and I showed up 10 min early. When you enter there is 3 desks with no signage, went up to 1st desk and was given attitude that I wasn't at the right one, so I went to the furthest one and checked in early for my appointment. I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment! Staff is rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of people's time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!
