Phones never get answered, emails never get responded to. Very unprofessional way to run an office
Both my husband and I have been seen at this office and were both treated terribly. Everyone in the office from the office staff to the nurses to the NPs all don't want to do their jobs. The office staff barely ever answers their phones and when they do they have nasty attitudes. I saw a different NP every time I was seen here and never got to see the doctor because apparently he picks and chooses which patients he actually wants to see himself. I think they just don't answer calls in this office and don't listen to voice-mails bc their vm is full. What a way to show urgency in a medical office. Very professional folks.
