Payed the guy jack the ower to do a heater for me he came out looked at it gave me a price payed him and he never came to do the job. I called him more then 5 times to get it done. He never came out. Now he won't answer calls or text me back. I'm calling bub today
Do Not Hire this company. We hired jack to put in an AC unit, it has been almost 4 months and he still hasn’t completed finished the job and now has stopped answering our phone calls and text messages. He took all of our rebate receipts for Menards. Constantly lied about what he was getting done and how long he worked for. Do not let this company touch anything.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We hired Jack to install a new furnace. Red flag#1.. it took 2 months, multiple appointments and numerous no shows and always had an excuse. Red flag #2...asked to be paid before clean up was done. He said there was a few things left to clean up- maybe 15 minutes left to do it. I paid him and he immediately left and didn't come back for days and left the furnace off. When he does finally show up to turn on the furnace and clean up his mess, he complains the whole time he could be making $$ somewher... read more

Came promptly and repaired my furnace. Our heat was out and it was 28 degrees outside. He showed up within the hour and had us up and running. Saved us from a terrible situation and didn't cost a fortune
