It’s alright. People are nice but will not answer the phone for a quick question and take forever to get back to you. Walked in today because I was sick of calling and not hearing back and the lady was nice but she was on her phone and kept looking at it while having a conversation with me. Just wanted some tick prevention chew and somehow it took me a week to get an answer and it was because I went in myself. Hi, Staff. I’m reporting one of your members. Today is Thursday December 18th. My husband called your facility in which a women picked-up the phone. We needed our kitten who has a right eye issue to be seen. We asked about this up coming Monday December 22nd. In addition to rabies and distemper vaccine.
