So much to like about this place, starting with manager Jennifer. She made us very comfortable and appreciated. She was very generous with her time in explaining the area and its history, and she was very attentive in every detail. This is a beautiful location. You have a gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony area in front of the main entrance. I have stayed here many times and have always had a good experience. Big shout out to Jennifer, I recently had an issue with a payment and she resolved the issue and was very helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Book the night, pulled up, and they didn’t open the door nor attended me. They finally called back and said they’re closed and they can’t help me so I had to look for another place in the middle of the night. Called me the next day and said they already approved for a refund but it’s been a week and I still haven’t received anything. Now they’re not answering me nor the third-party scheduler. Overpriced for this kind of treatment. STAY AWAY

We had a wonderful stay here. Gail goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. She’s so warm and friendly. The lobby has complimentary snacks, drinks, cold water, etc available 24 hrs a day. The room is so lovely with very comfy beds. I found out they did a refresh last year and have all new Cloud beds with new nice linens and towels. We stayed in room 5 with a lake view. It also had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. We look forward to our next visit here!

Wonderful stay. Continental breakfast and snacks available 24hrs! Comfortable and clean rooms, outdoor seating with great views of the lake but none of that compared to the warm and outstanding service by Gayle. She was extraordinarily kind, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.
