We had a wonderful stay here. Gail goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. She’s so warm and friendly. The lobby has complimentary snacks, drinks, cold water, etc available 24 hrs a day. The room is so lovely with very comfy beds. I found out they did a refresh last year and have all new Cloud beds with new nice linens and towels. We stayed in room 5 with a lake view. It also had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. We look forward to our next visit here!

Wonderful stay. Continental breakfast and snacks available 24hrs! Comfortable and clean rooms, outdoor seating with great views of the lake but none of that compared to the warm and outstanding service by Gayle. She was extraordinarily kind, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

We just had the most special stay. From the grounds, the lobby, the decks and the views this place looks amazing and cozy. I stayed here a few years ago but it has gone through some changes and it feels like a new place. Also, I cannot express in enough words how wonderful Gayle was and how welcome she made us feel. Location is perfect and the views from our room are stunning. Christy met us upon our arrival and was informative, professional and extremely accommodating. The bed is very comfortable, they have a nespresso machine in the room and luxury soaps/lotions in the bathroom. The decor is definitely your mountain/victorian vibes but there are all the amenities you would want in snacks, coffee and comfort. Walking distance to downtown!

First off, Gayle was very welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The view of the lake was amazing from our room. Cleanliness is always very important to us & this met our expectations! Water, soda, juice, pastries & so much more were FREE & available 24 hours a day! They give you a security code to enter the lobby any time. You can call Gayle anytime & she’s always available to help you. Definitely coming back!
