RecommendedThis place has great management, beautiful homes. I'd recomend this place! Just like any other place, the manager(s) get paid to do their job, as well as any one else when they go to work! 5 Stars here!
At the current time. i don't recommend Arrowhead. There are many issues. And they have a long way to go. And a lot of changes need to be made. It use to be the best place ever. But after 30 yrs there I couldn't take it anymore and left. Sadly I will never go back.
We have had a lot of issues with one neighbor that goes back over two years. With past and current management we have sent over 30 emails/ letters expressing our issues, even the fact he threatened to kill me and my wife. He ignores all of the “rules” of the park, has somehow partnered with the neighbors around us to also harass us and is a known drug dealer. We have also asked for the cops participation in this with over 15 calls and they came out once.e and my wife have had to have our meds increased because of him and I d... read more
Recommendedit's a great place to live. like every place you have your few bad apples but for the most part there is alot I go i caring people here
To much involvement with the EPA and lack of proper water treatment.
Water is horrible and they are trying to install water meters that double or triple cost of undrinkable dirty and stinking water. Fact check with EPA. WE HAVE BEEN UNDER DO NOT CONSUME ORDER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
RecommendedI have lived here for 6yrs now. Since the new owners took over, I have seen major improvements within the park. The management is great and is willing to try and work with us when things need to be fixed/changed - within reason, of course. I can say that if Mark has remodeled a trailer and it is for sale/rent, you can be assured that the repairs were done right. RecommendedThe office manager is on top of everything! Anytime you need anything, she will handle it, or find someone who will. They are making strides at cleaning up the park and maintaining it.
