Worst experience ever. Unethical practices. Do business elsewhere
This insurance company is a joke, I have given them my VIN number several occasion sent them pictures of my vehicle ( just for them to say they have nothing on file) just to find out I was not insured four months and I was paying my insurance for another vehicle Same make and model)and some how it’s my fault. P.s they not longer do insurance in the State of Georgia I wonder why. SMH
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I was yelled as well as overtalked when I was attempting to talk to the “supervisor” about an issue I was having about being over charged $100. These people are rude, money hungry and unhelpful. Do better.
The first room I got sent to was very nasty, I got assigned to a different room it wasn't clean either so I took my money and went elsewhere.
They over quoted me for a ticket they say they saw that isn't on my mvr and then lied to me about what I needed to do to get my quote readjusted then told me its too late my term was already set
