The absolute worst. They straight up don't want to help but rather cause problems. They tried dropping my policy for the prettiest of issuse such as missing a photo. Ridiculous.
We have an earthquake insurance with Arrowhead and have had good experiences with the company reps. When we did a retrofit they first wouldn't allow for a discount because we couldn't prove according to their clauses that the whole house was retrofitted. But when I showed the city permit they approved it anyway. So finally a company who can read between the lines of their own policy.
After 4 years, Arrowhead sent a notice that they were not renewing my homeowner's insurance. First they claimed I live to far from the fire department. We live 4.6 miles from the fire department. Then they claimed we were too far from a fire hydrant. We live on a lake!!!
Case# 159012017 Arrowhead Zurich American Insurance Despite numerous emails and phone calls, their third party Adjuster, American Claims Management (ACM) is very unprofessional and not responding to their valued customers making us so disappointed and perturbed.
