I cannot say enough good about Susan. She helped with our family vacation to Florida and when Southwest Airlines workers went on strike, Susan literally saved our vacation. She went above and beyond to smooth out our travels and got us a flight. She got us group rates for the return trip and handled all the details. We just had to.shiw up at the airport and get our boarding passes. Thanks to her our family had a wonderful vacation we will remember.
