These guys are awesome! I called and the owner answered and let me tell him what was going on with my furnace. He didn’t have the ability to get to me that day but he took the time to walk me through the repair over the phone (it was a simple blown fuse) and he didn’t ask for anything in return. They will have my business for life.

Saturday night before MLK Day temp expected to be single degrees. I had no heat I called Arrowhead Heating and Collinv LLC. Within 1.5 weeks had a very nice young man arrive and diagnosed the problem . He was very informative, friendly and very helpful . He replaced my thermostat and checked our system. I can’t think them enough for the fast response friendly service and to bring me heat . I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

NO CALL/NO SHOW!! Had Arrowhead Heating and Cooling install a new heat pump and furnace less than 2 years ago. Started having issues, called him on a Friday said he was too busy he couldn't come out until the next day which was Saturday. Said he would call and be here around 9am. No call no show, I called him several times and left him a message that I needed to know one way or the other if he was going to make it out and nothing.
