During the coldest time of the year, we started to have furnace problems. We were unhappy with our previous HVAC company and remembered hearing about Arrowhead a few years ago. These guys are awesome! I called and the owner answered and let me tell him what was going on with my furnace. He didn’t have the ability to get to me that day but he took the time to walk me through the repair over the phone (it was a simple blown fuse) and he didn’t ask for anything in return. They will have my business for life.
