Ive gone to this location for years, I should probably switch. Every time I go I see my labs on their site and sit and google my results only to eventually have a doctor respond with a phone call to me to give me very short answers like I should know what to do next. Kinda feels like they have better things to do than help me understand what's going on and what I should do next. This health care entity needs a major "House Cleaning" in the billing department. If you need to ask a question about your bill and call the number on the bill and you select option #1, a recording tells the caller that the person you have called not available and you are directed to leave a message (which is never returned). I received my first bill and paid it immediately. Then I received 2 bills with the same dates of service as the first bill saying that I still owed for the first payment I had made plus new charges. 2) ... read more
First time we have been at Arrowhead family health center at surprise for my parents in law and we do saw really good experience and knowledge with Dr JAMIE and some time with blood work really good team we are highly recommended hopefully we will stay in here in god willing for normal routine check up!
