Hello, I have tried making an appt for 47 days from the day I got a referral, the number is no good and the only other number is to Village Medical call center where I am told I can not make an appt because I need go call Dr. West office directly but they don't have a good number and after speaking with 11 p people no one ever calls back. I had to wait on hold for almost an hr with a supervisor from the call center to patch me over to the doctor directly as it seemed to be the only way to go about it. Dr. West & his staff are very friendly, informative, and appointments are convenient, They really seem to do their best on every visit.
