Terrible experience. $30.00 for them to establish patient information. What a rip off. I schedule for a yearly exam and I got nothing. They gathered my history and then wanted me to schedule for the actual exam. I was never told I would not have a physical exam when I made my appointment. DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS.
