The dietitian who works in the Kitchen has a very nasty attitude and very Unprofessional. I Need to contact the owner of this facility. The places need to be shut down. It is nasty and the staff is very unprofessional
The staff is amazing.
My sister and I have had to make the decision to place our mom in a facility because we really needed help with her. I’ll be honest enough to say that Arrowhead is definitely an older facility and could use some work both outside and inside. But I cannot take away from the fact that my 92 year old mom is being very well taken care of and seen about always. The staff had been kind, respectful and diligent.
