Less than a week after my aunt's arrival at the facility, EVERY piece of clothing that she entered Arrowhead Health and Rehab with was stolen. It was stolen despite a note placed stating that the family would do laundry and notifying the staff of such. Stolen despite having her name printed inside of her clothing. When the issue was brought to the attention of those in charge, the response was delay, delay and more delay. They never attempted to replace or reimburse for the clothing despite receipts being provided to them. F... read more
My mom is currently in the facility Mrs Jones and her staff have really Welcome to her with open arms, as well as made necessary adjustments to make her stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciate their timeliness as well as their level of Communication!
