Baldwin City is fortunate to have Arrowhead Hardware in our community. AH staff go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. We recently had our lawnmower serviced and they offered to drive it home for us. Thanks for going the extra mile!
Very helpful people. They were able to guide me to what I needed and gave a crash course on how to operate a bobcat when we needed to rent one for a small project on our property.

They are the best. The employees are always so helpful and polite. Lots of small town charm in this place. They've got a great glass bottled soda collection and I love their seasonal plants and things. One of our favorite places!
My mother in law is new to the community and we needed a few things for her home. We were greeted with the door being held open for us as an employee saw us coming. Everyone was so helpful finding everything we needed plus an American made flag which is hard to find. Before we left the girl helping us made a point to share that they had free popcorn.
