I’m so happy I found this gem of a gym. The entire facility is immaculate, well ran, friendly staff and trainers, in a beautiful location. It has everything you would need! The owner keeps the gym in pristine condition. Greg Ramlagan is the best personal trainer I’ve met, with extensive knowledge in kinesiology and background in body building, he has helped me transform my body in a short four weeks. Great family place
I moved to the mountain three years ago and felt lost. I didn't know anyone. I joined Arrowhead Fitness and found my "family". Initially, I just worked out on the equipment, but members would stop by and introduce themselves, and some encouraged me to try Barre and BTS. Both classes are top-notch. The instructors are knowledge and challenging. Eventually, I was persuaded to try Zumba. I think I smile through the entire class, and that is while EXERCISING!
