Arrowhead tour was great
This past weekend I attended the Pop up at the Penthouse Kingdom Greetings. The view was AMAZING and the whole ambience was beautiful…… BUT THE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND THE FOOD WAS COLD. Literally no heat on my pulled chicken sliders.The buns were straight out the bag not even room temperature. I waited 15 mins at my seat for a server then when that didn’t happen I went to the bar and waited another 20 mins until I was asked if I had been waited on and then after that it was another 5-10 mins before I orders was even taken. Tour guide Kim is THE BEST. We've toured 7 NFL stadiums and she has been the best guide .. bar none. Her energy, enthusiasm, patience, humor can't be duplicated. She made us feel like family.
