Had GREAT service from Derrick at Arrowhead Coop after our internet was wiped out by a storm. He was prompt, friendly and effective. I have never had such good service from an internet provider - thank you!
Expensive
Electric and Internet service is good, and because it's a Co-op, there's no profit motive. Customers get the price at essentially the co-op's cost. If you want customer service, you call and talk to someone that actually lives in the county.
Be careful, they have NO customer service, if need any help, you are on your own.
