Update: I wanted to give an update. My decking has chipped off in multiple spots along the seems. There are pieces of it coming off in multiple areas now. I would not use this same thin layer again to go over an existing decking. I hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to redo my pool decking and it turned out amazing. The work is okay. Due to different crews working on different things, little mishaps are there (such as chipped cement that was just poured, uneven paver spacing, polymeric sand clumps stuck together on my new pavers, etc). The 2 stars comes from the frustration of having to call multiple times just to get my job done. On my start day, no one showed up. I had to call the office who told me “for some reason, no one will be there today”. And if I didn’t call, was no one going to call me…? This happened again 2 days later. Agai... read more
We had some big chips in our pool deck near a water spout that needed to be repaired. Arrowhead was awesome in responding to our request. We set up an appointment and within two weeks their crew came out and did a wonderful job! They chipped out and repaired the entire lip of our pool. Also treated our concrete and reapplied new pool decking. Color match is perfect and the patch is seamless. I love this company! Great customer service, professional, and efficient work. Everything done as promised (except they finished 2 days early). Employees gave good advice and we ended up with a beautiful pool deck.
