We love our new pool! The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The quality of the build exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
We needed to have our pool and deck repaired/replaced and after reading all the reviews decided on using Arrowhead pools. Lynette and Chris were great to work with. They addressed our needs and worked to make sure any issues were taken care of. We are happy with the results and look forward to having more years of enjoyment from our pool and deck.
I highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for anyone who needs a pool remodel! Our pool was old and in desperate need of a remodel after cracks got bigger and water stopped leaking, we knew it was time. I got 6 different quotes from pool companies and Dave came out with the top most professionalism. Final edit: The team came out and redid my top joint, the final results are much better and I appreciate the work done. That said there were many delays and I was having to constantly reach out to see what was happening. EDIT 2: today they were supposed to come to repairs. Followed up with office who said someone was coming in 1.5-2 hours, this was now 3 hours ago. I also had reached out to the owner John because my deck is cracking. No response from him on this.
