I love this bank. I've never had any issues
It pains me to say this, because I've been with Arrowhead most of my adult life. But they've gone so far downhill that even the simplest of requests have turned my account into a clerical nightmare. What happened to Arrowhead? Why, after all these years, is your customer service department severely lacking in competency? This isn't the Arrowhead I know. Incredible customer service, I’ve been with this credit union for about 9 years now and Doug Monico has always been an amazing person to work with through all circumstances he has also been so polite helpful when I reach out to him for any financial advice that could help me out with accounts in the future. He is really for the member and does truly care about helping out all the time no matter what it is 💯👌🏼
