Incredible customer service, I’ve been with this credit union for about 9 years now and Doug Monico has always been an amazing person to work with through all circumstances he has also been so polite helpful when I reach out to him for any financial advice that could help me out with accounts in the future. He is really for the member and does truly care about helping out all the time no matter what it is 💯👌🏼
Worst experience EVER with becoming a potential member. 1/1/25 i applied for a checking account online when i called in they told me it was denied due to me owing another bank, around that time i had a death in my family so i wasn't able to pay the debt in full anytime soon. Fast forward to 3/14/25 i was able to finally get the debt paid in full thankfully.
