No line i used the atm
I had a loan w a different credit union and they closed so my loan was taken over by arrowhead. I was not here by choice. I paid my loan EVERY MONTH on time and the ONE time i was late they didn’t waive the fee. Said there was nothing they could do about it even when i told them i was PAYING OFF my loan, still did not budge. Customer svc -5 stars, useless, i called 5 occasions for my account number to pay off the loan and not one could get it right 😵💫 crazy how these corporations work. 0/10 do not recommend
They closed my account one day after I opened it for no reason.
Arrowhead employees are exceptionally considerate & very kind to its Senior members. Plus they keep a sharp eye on my account; immediately contacting me if they suspect fraudulent activities.
