Absolutely exceptional, friendly, down to earth and realistic service! Coming from Wells Fargo who was constantly spoken down to and mistreated at every turn - Arrowhead has been crystal clear and extremely patient and empatheticwith the entire process of transferring. Like a breath of fresh air or a weight off my shoulders. Working with Arrowhead is a relief, I couldn't have gone with a better choice.
Back in the day, when the state budget was funny state workers were issued warrants as our paychecks. Arrowhead had no problem cashing our warranted checks and as matter of fact Arrowhead Credit Union Teams came out to Patton State Hospital and started new accounts with people because the banks they had would NOT cash their warrant check. All I can say is, thank God for Arrowhead Credit Union.
