Today, July 22, 2025, I went to the Arrowhead Credit Union branch in Redlands to make a withdrawal. The employee at the counter, who was not wearing a name tag, was rude. When I mentioned it to her, she was even more rude. Turns out that informing jerks that they're being jerks rarely has the constructive effect you'd like it to. I used to have arrowhead i was told by my sister about them and she has been with them for about 19yrs and it started off awsome it was one of my first accounts I had. Then some stuff happend to my acount and pretty much arrowhead put it on me saying I mobile deposited 2 checks from uhaul and I belive the checks where from like Alabama or something like that how could I do that well anyways they pretty much closed out my acount saying I was trying to do fraud and I needed to pay them back when I had no idea about those depos... read more
