Today, July 22, 2025, I went to the Arrowhead Credit Union branch in Redlands to make a withdrawal. The employee at the counter, who was not wearing a name tag, was rude. When I mentioned it to her, she was even more rude. Turns out that informing jerks that they're being jerks rarely has the constructive effect you'd like it to.
