Words cannot explain how unkept this complex is, rotting streets, shingleless roofs and faded painted Breezeways just to name a few. Management raises association fees to over $360 a Month and NOTHING gets done. Where is all of our money going? Someone is obviously pocketing it because it sure isn't getting spent on the needed repairs. If you are consitering purchacing a condo run by this management company. Run, run far away. You have been warned.
