I took a gray sport type jacket to this dry cleaner because I got medication ointment on a few spots. It took a couple of weeks before I got it back, and they charged me as much as it would've cost to buy a new one.
had a zipper put in a jacket first off it took more than 2 weeks then the zipper cost me $36.00 for a stinken zipper after that huge poke in the eye they got some kind of chemical on my jacket and bleached some spots on it BE WARNED di not go to this joke of a business worse customer service I have ever had any where not worth the agony and ruined clothes
Just completely disappointed that an extremely poor alteration was done by Arrowhead Cleaners in Bismarck ND on my swimsuit. They sewed the tag into the seam backwards and left clumps of thread 9n the seam as well. Said they could redo...same seamstress but wanted me to come back and discuss with her when she was working another day and they couldn't reduce my cost of $18!!!!!! REALLY Arrowhead Cleaners?? There is not much competition so quality is not a priority nor is keeping frequent customers I guess.
