Don’t bother applying. We applied for a trailer for a rent to own. We only discussed that option and the front office lady literally wrote down our terms on our application. We had the down payment ready and my husband makes MORE than 3x rent. They told us wait 48 hours for an answer. After 24 hours they emailed us saying my husband doesn’t make near as much as 3x the rent ( he is a server and makes money off tips, but tips are claimed and show on his paystubs) they simply didn’t bother to read the paystubs.
