For me, one of the most feared parts about deciding to see a therapist is finding someone you connect with so that your time spent together is productive. The entire team at ABH has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always make you feel welcome! Initially, I spoke with Bryan for intake and then worked with Lexa over the next 2 years. My 6 year old daughter worked with Lexa and had a wonderful experience! Lexa made her feel comfortable right from the start and built a great rapport with her. She provided many resources and tools to assist my daughter to better cope with her emotions. I also liked how Lexa would check in with us parents every few sessions to see if there were any new concerns and to discuss progress. Highly recommend Lexa and Arrowhead Behavioral Health!
