Called Arrowhead Aire because of an central unit not working properly. Expected they were going to come in a few days, but Bryan picked up my call immediately and told me he would get here the same day in a few hours. Came out, I was waiting for him to tell me the unit needed to be replaced (as the unit is older) However, he quickly found an issue with a capacitor and was able to get replaced in under 30 min. Tried to use your business.. Bryan gave my son a bid and when he asked questions about the second bid never called back. Too busy? Not interested ? Did not need the work? Bryan was a He did give a free bid ap lus for that seems there was mix up on phone calls. But decided not to do the work
