sent there by doctors whom both told me to attend urgent .and they would be expecting me as i had a serious joint infection that could turn nasty quick as i am a pensioner. arrived quickly they told me to wait to be triaged. left waiting in tempory very busy waiting room. when eventually triaged told no pain relief or medication until i see doctor. no wheel chair avalible . nurse entered waiting room to anounce delays and short staffed, when i asked for pain relief i was promised it nurse forgot half hour on still nothing so... read more
