What an unfortunate encounter this was, and has been for 4 months!. It had the chance to be the start of a multi-vehicle ongoing business relationship. "Alexander White" seemed smart, funny, responsive, Rover-knowledgable.... until he got a deposit, then went radio silent. STAY CLEAR. TOOK MY ~$12,000 DEPOSIT, STOPPED COMMUNICATING, WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ABOUT TO START AGAINST THE COMPANY. DO NOT LOSE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH THIS ARROW WORKS. IT'S UNFORTUNATE THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
Stay well clear of Arrow Works, Alexander White. Last December I bought a Defender 130 off him. He promised me that the vehicle was fully working and would come with a fresh MOT. It did come with a clean MOT however, this MOT was illegitimate. This has been proven by the DVSA as I appealed the MOT and they deemed the vehicle Dangerous do not drive.
