Mike is a great rep for your company. Always nice and pleasant to speak with.
My only complaint is that access to your review site is too difficult. I would not even have bothered to work through it had not Aaron done such a good job that I felt he deserved a positive review! He was thorough, patient, able to answer all our questions and a pleasure to work with. Arrow should be proud to have such an employee.
