Amazing customer service!! This was the only place that had available units, at a reasonable price, when to move on a super tight timeline. I called and got everything set up over the phone super easily. When we were moving things out, I thought I'd lost the keys to one of my locks, and the guys were quick to offer assistance and even offered to run to Lowes and get a lock cutter. We only needed to rent a unit for 2 months. This was a very easy process of renting and canceling our rental. Units appear brand new and we were very pleased. Will definitely use Arrow Storage in the future if the need arises.
