I had a very bad experience with this company. Last winter I contacted them and explained that my home heating system had a problem — there was no warm air coming from the furnace on the second floor of my house. Someone from this company came; I explained the furnace issue to him, and right away he said, “I know the reason!” He took out the flame sensor and said it was dirty.
