Only a phone call to them as they don't have a location here in Marion. Got the information I wanted. Which was why I called. So ok I guess.
They advertised free inspection and estimate but when I called for inspection I was told after I set it up that it would cost me $100+ for just an inspection not counting the $250 I would need for mites. I had called previously and left a panicked message which was very quickly returned by a very knowledgeable gentleman who eased my worries and even saved me an appointment time for a few days later.
