I called Arrow Septic in Port Angeles and spoke with Brady and requested what I thought would be a routine pump out. They showed up promptly the next day. It turns out my tanks were full (of mostly water) because my septic system was never on to begin with. It’s a new build house and I told them Septic was new to me, they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Called for an emergency pumping. Came the next morning! Brady and Don were very professional and taught me a lot about how my system works, as well as how to maintain it. I watched them throughly pump the tank, flush the inlet and outlet, clear some blockage at the “D box” to my drain field, and then verify everything was flowing correctly. $450 was competitively priced versus other companies, but I think I got the better end of the deal given their professionalism and patience to explain everything. Called for a routine check of my system a few years after purchasing my home. They arrived the same day did a check and explained my system to me. They were efficient and advised me in didn’t need anything done. Very fair and friendly. I highly recommend this service.
