Great place to work. Supportive staff!
Our experience with Arrow Senior Concierge has been nothing but excellent since we first heard of them at a meeting at the local Alzheimer’s Alliance luncheon. My husband, Will, needs 24 hour care in that he can’t be left alone. That means I need help to be able to go to the grocery store, or do any other errands. 0 out of ten don’t recommend getting this job I got hired and it took them weeks to find me someone to work with and then they found someone and then they decided they didn’t want me with that person and then they required me to do a training online that they did not pay me for spent hours on it and still didn’t get a person. Luckily, I found a different job.
Do not work for this company. They will lie to you from the start. I came in and they told me all about how they couldn’t keep employees. Well that’s because they lie and don’t tell people they will dock hours for lunch when you don’t take a lunch. And then when you leave they will say you signed a document stating if you quit you get paid minimum wage. And on top of that I was promised a bonus if I was there everyday on time through my schedule and that didn’t happen!!!! Worked 48 hours got paid for 35!!!!! At minimum wage!... read more
