Would not use this service again, i am not a paid caregiver but do care for a senior citizen, used this company for 3 months approximately and this caregiving service had a employee that would not change this man, they left him in his own urine for hours and feces covered.they dont even deserve 1 star. All the complaints when i called always got turned around and excuses made for the caregivers.the caregivers alwayshad an excuse too and didnt like being asked to do better, all employees are not perfect!
