I thought they were very professional and were very concerned with the health of their employees and their customers. We have a 30 year old swamp cooler duct system that went from double digit percent leakage to under 1%. The work went off without a hitch and was cleaned up nicely afterwards. I recommend Arrow Seal to aeroseal your ductwork. It should make a difference
