Unethical and disappointing. Bought a used motorhome that had tons of water damage. Salesman said everything was in good condition. As I drove it off the lot, the A/C stopped working in the dash. The generator also didn't work. At least I learned and bought my next motorhome with a certified inspector.
We are proud to say that we are new owners of a 2019 Sports Trek Touring Edition. I've looked at several rvs here and there is never any pressure to buy. The folks here are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They even helped me with questions about rv life regardless of whether or not I bought from them.
The best in the business! No pressure and all the knowledge you need if you are a newbie! Barry Pack is the best salesperson there! With Barry, the sale doesn't end when you leave the lot. He takes care of you and truly cares about your camper experience. Don't know what we would do without him! You won't be disappointed when you choose Arrow! If we ever level up, they'll be the only place we choose.
Just left Arrow R.V. in Clearwater and I am beyond impressed with the assistance we received. We are still in the research stage of our purchase and John and Sandy were very knowledgeable and kind. They offered their advice and will be keeping an eye out for a rig that will work for us and our budget. I’ve been to many dealers in the area and this one made me the most comfortable. Not pushy at all! I couldn’t recommend them higher based off of our experience!
