We had a leak after this really bad week long rain we were having. I called arrow roofing really late at night, left a message, and by they called first thing in morning to get me scheduled! Rich, and his co-worker showed up about an hour after the initial phone call to asses the damage. They were very professional and fixed our issue! Lucky for us it was just a minor, quick easy fix.
Arrow Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof! From Gregg to Colby, Rich, Middleton, Ollie, and the removal/install crew, each and every person I encountered was professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and thorough. The crew and Ollie left my yard cleaner than when they arrived! Do yourself a favor and have Arrow Roofing replace your roof or simply repair any roofing issues you have. Our experience with Arrow Roofing could not have been better. We suspected we might have some roof damage, so I called our insurance carrier, and I called Arrow Roofing. Both responded promptly and worked together to inspect the roof and determine the extent of the damage. Arrow Roofing did a complete new roof on our home after an unexpected down burst damaged roofs in a small portion of our neighborhood. Their representative, Charlie P. was extremely helpful assessing the damage with the insurance adjuster and leading us through the claims process.
