Arrow roofing replaced our roof in mid-December 2024. The entire process, from their initial visit to the final clean-up went super smoothly. The materials they used to complete the job were of high quality and the installation was first-rate. Arrow Roofing was recommended to me by several homeowners in our neighborhood. For sure I now know why.
Arrow Roofing did a complete new roof on our home after an unexpected down burst damaged roofs in a small portion of our neighborhood. Their representative, Charlie P. was extremely helpful assessing the damage with the insurance adjuster and leading us through the claims process. Our experience with Arrow Roofing could not have been better. We suspected we might have some roof damage, so I called our insurance carrier, and I called Arrow Roofing. Both responded promptly and worked together to inspect the roof and determine the extent of the damage. We soon received a report from Arrow Roofing regarding the extent of the damage and an estimate of our cost for getting it fixed. They did a great job of installing the new roof after removing it down to the bare boards. They even took down an old chimney that wasn’t in use anymore, replaced two old skylights and put in one new skylight tube. They did a good job with cleanup after they were done. Communication was very good even with adjusting the length of time it took to do it. I would highly recommend them.
Arrow Roofing did a great job ! Bill showed us a step by step illustration of how the work is done. From tear off to completion they were professional , friendly and thorough . Highly recommended .
