We could not be happier with our experience with Dave, Santos and his crew, and with Arrow roofing in general. They showed up exactly on time, dealt with the unexpected (who knew there were two layers of old shingles on the roof - we didn't), did a great job on the roof and gutters, and cleaned up after themselves. They also re-did a skylight repair job that was completely botched by a company from Phoenix, guiding us to a better brand of solar tunnel (Elite). Wanted to give a shout out to Casey and his crew. His crew never stopped working. And Casey stopped by often to make sure we were happy with or had any questions about the work.
Our experience with Arrow Roofing could not have been better. We suspected we might have some roof damage, so I called our insurance carrier, and I called Arrow Roofing. Both responded promptly and worked together to inspect the roof and determine the extent of the damage. We soon received a report from Arrow Roofing regarding the extent of the damage and an estimate of our cost for getting it fixed. Arrow Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof! From Gregg to Colby, Rich, Middleton, Ollie, and the removal/install crew, each and every person I encountered was professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and thorough. The crew and Ollie left my yard cleaner than when they arrived! Do yourself a favor and have Arrow Roofing replace your roof or simply repair any roofing issues you have.
