Arrow roofing replaced our roof in mid-December 2024. The entire process, from their initial visit to the final clean-up went super smoothly. The materials they used to complete the job were of high quality and the installation was first-rate. Arrow Roofing was recommended to me by several homeowners in our neighborhood. For sure I now know why.
Our experience with Arrow Roofing could not have been better. We suspected we might have some roof damage, so I called our insurance carrier, and I called Arrow Roofing. Both responded promptly and worked together to inspect the roof and determine the extent of the damage. Arrow Roofing did a complete new roof on our home after an unexpected down burst damaged roofs in a small portion of our neighborhood. Their representative, Charlie P. was extremely helpful assessing the damage with the insurance adjuster and leading us through the claims process.
