Steer clear of Arrow. Arrow should stick to roofing only. When Arrow did my siding, they sent a crew of mostly rookies who did shotty work, they routinely blamed me for their disorganized work flow, their work truck broke down on the job site, one guy cut himself and had to leave, constant trips to Lowe's for every little thing... Kind of a contracting nightmare. And they love to argue. Nothing is ever their fault as contained in their several lengthy emails, which were obviously in preparation for a court battle. Arrow Roofing and Construction recently completed re-roofing our~2400 square foot house in West Richland. Our experience from signing the contract with Jonathan, thru the 4 days of work by his crew, in the roasting hot sun was very good, including an exceptional job of site clean-up after the job was completed. (The material delivery team was very good, also… Stoneway.) Service agent Adam and his associate did a wonderful job in triple digit heat. Worked to complete the project in one day rather than leaving the job not finished. Also Adam designed a special gutter to deal with the water from our airconditioning unit that wasn’t in line with the actual gutter system
Arrow roofing replaced our 20 year old roof. They were on time treated our property well and cleaned up at the end of each day. When a small issue was discovered, a year later they were quick to come out and correct it. They are easy to work with and have great customer service
