I'm a local realtor in the area and needed to find a roofer for a quick fix for my clients house that was closing in two weeks. They were very prompt and fixed everything that we needed well and We were able to sail through closing. Very thankful!
Replaced old broken vinyl gutters. The new aluminum gutters look so much better. Arrow was really great to work with. They helped choose a great color too so everything blends in.
The workmanship was poor, we had some shingles fly off with the high winds recently. They came out and took a look, said we would be on the schedule early next week for repairs. He also said the men that did the work were no longer working with him, blamed them for the plastic piping in the attached picture. He said he'd make that right. But they didn't show up to do repairs, we thought it was because we still had the high winds in our area.
