Do not use these guys. They miss pickups all the time. In fact they miss pickups so often, I didn't realize they had a payment problem for a few months (I don't generate much waste). They finally robo-called me to tell me the they had a payment problem after months of apparently no service (I couldn't tell the difference) but they had made sure to add to the bill the entire time they weren't servicing me. The lady on the phone was very smug about it and only offered that they weren't required to notify me of payment issues. ... read more

They don't want to have work-- they drove to our house to pick up the trash and the mechanical arm knocked over our trash can and they just drove off. When we called the staff person argued with my wife about it. There have been several other times where there were petty complaints from their driver that the position of our trash can wasn't positioned properly and left our trash.
