They worked on our fridge and they were terrific. Called them for our gas range and after three visits they still could not resolve the problem and their solution was to start changing out parts. The tech talked endlessly and when he shocked himself I wanted him out. We'll use someone else.
Called and left a message around 1 PM. No response. None. Called back at 4:30, the person says he will cal back on 30 mins. NOTHING. I think I am getting the bottom of the barrel in my extended service plan and this place had to be cancelled for the next lowest service!!! Don't get an extended plan from HHGregg - it's a waste of money and TIME
