My new Wildfire II was delivered today. There were parts missing from the box and I could not mount the Weaver base (no screws) for the scope nor could I mount the scope or the sights.
Went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty and has made my daughter VERY Happy !!! Keep up the Excellent customer service skills !!! Already looking at crossbows and will definatly purchase from you !!!! Many Regards, Fred Bernal
