If I could give you 0 stars I would! We only have 3 porter potties with 20 people at our job site; supplied by arrow and have been asking for 2 weeks to be cleaned. Only response I get is we’ll get there when we get there. Super unprofessional and unsanitary! I hope they don’t do this to all there customers.
Arrow's referred me to a company closer to my location. The person I talked to had great customer service as well as very informative. This company answered their phone as well as followed up with me through text. If I ever need this service closer to them I will definitely use them. Thank you!
