I had a problem with my pool heater, they came out, even though I wasn’t available to be on site, they assessed the problem and hopefully I’ll be able to solve the issues with their help. They were very accommodating and very thorough, they even fixed the door on my pump house that wasn’t closing correctly!

Terrible company! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! We got our pool installed by arrow pools about 2 years ago. The initial process was fine, but once it was installed it was one problem after another. The spillover from my hot tub to my pool was a fiasco in itself. It took 3 tries to get it right and it still isn’t right. It is rusted and John said to clean it with the brushs he gave me last year. They do not work. I’ve tried everything to get it clean and nothing works. He said he would reach out to the company who... read more
