Derek fixed our furnace on the same day of the appointment. He was informative and very friendly. Very appreciated for his help. The repair process with Arrow was mostly smooth but there’s room for improvement for the communication. Before calling arrow, I did my research to figure out that most likely the issue was caused by the blower.
