Amazing service! Prompt attendance on a very cold day to which the follow-up service was done on time with great communication. Darrel (technician) provided me with so much information and made sure that myself and all my customers were safe after correcting some issues he found. He went even further to help me get support for maintenance and monitoring!
Arrow went above and beyond for us! We ended up needing a new furnace just a few days after Christmas and they went out of their way to help us. We are just outside of the city and despite a bit of a delay due to New Years they came out multiple times for reassurance to read our CO levels in the days leading up to the furnace replacement.
