We had chris and he was very polite and fast. Explained what he was doing so we would understand and overall did a great job
We had a tech come out, look at our job, tell us he didn't have the right part, and charge is $150 for a 5 min inspection. We were told someone from the office would call to set up a meeting and no one ever did. If this sounds fair to you then call Arrow Plumbing!
New kitchen faucet install that was tricky. I thought I was going to have to live with a faucet that worked but not as well as I’d hoped. Zach really stuck with it and thanks to his tenacity he was able to find a solution and now I love it! I’ve used Zach on other projects and I highly recommend him!!
Chris was great with an unusual job that dealt with an outside hose faucet that needed service through an old, convoluted (inherited) crawl space arrangement. Great attitude about the contortions and creativity needed. And a smooth, timely job. Big thumbs-up for Chris. He “gets” it.
