All of the barbers are great, but Rena is the best! Every time I go it’s a relaxing experience and I know that I’m getting a great haircut. She’s pretty darn funny too!
As a first time visitor to Arrow Plaza Midwood, I had an amazing time there. Staff was welcoming and I got seated immediately. Rena did such a great job with my hair. She suggested a new hairstyle for me and it didn’t disappoint! It turned out wonderfully. She went above and beyond and even recommended certain products to take care of my hair. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a nice clean cut. 5/5 stars.
I went here a couple weeks ago and cut a haircut from Rena and it was great she was so sweet and nice and it was a great haircut and environment will definitely be back
Rena didn't follow my haircut instructions. please fire her. I asked Rena to trim the back of my hair (which touches my shoulders) by bringing it halfway up while keeping the same angles and layers. but instead she thinned out the back and cut it into a flat square shape, which was not what I wanted. I was very clear that I wanted to keep the same emo style shape and volume just slightly shorter. I got my hair cut here for the first time today. Edie was fantastic. Very personable and asked detailed questions about what I was looking for. She delivered exactly what I asked for and checked in with me multiple times during the cut to make sure I liked the length. Great experience. Will be back. LGBTQ+ friendly
